How we do this
Engaging interactively with horses will help you bypass habitual brain processes such as conscious personality, executive function, judgment, decision-making, and planning. Breaking free from conventional thinking and environment allows you to unlock alternative perspectives and explore new ideas and approaches. Horses are spiritual beings, and their natural wisdom invites us to embrace freedom, self-discovery, and authentic expression.
Who is this Workshop for?
This event is exclusively for attendees who identify as Black, African, South Asian, Caribbean, and People of Colour. Individuals seeking personal growth, wanting to stimulate memory and attention, and fostering respect for nature will find this experiential approach rewarding. Your connections will be meaningful and authentic as you build trust, master being present and engage all your senses.
